Welcome to Paypers (“the Service”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By using Paypers, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our service.

By accessing or using Paypers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.

Paypers provides tools that allow users to:

Connect with third-party services such as LINE, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Drive
Automatically organize and store receipts or related files
Create, rename, or delete folders and files within your connected storage
Create Google Sheets and write data to generate reports (e.g., appending rows, updating headers/columns, adding new sheets within a spreadsheet) inside authorized folders

We aim to make managing financial documents easier and more efficient.

To use certain features, you may be required to connect your third-party account (e.g., LINE, Google).

By connecting your account, you authorize Paypers to:

Access necessary files and folders in your linked Google Drive for the purpose of creating, naming, editing, or deleting folders and receipts.
Read and write metadata (such as file names, folder structures, and timestamps) required for our features to function properly.
Create and update Google Sheets for reporting; write, append, and structure data necessary to deliver features you initiate

We will never access or modify any unrelated files or messages outside the authorized folders or scopes.

You agree that you:

Are responsible for the accuracy of all information and files uploaded.
Will not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
Are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts (e.g., LINE or Google).

If you suspect unauthorized access, please disconnect your account immediately and notify us.

We take your privacy seriously.

Paypers only accesses the data necessary for performing core features.
Your files remain your property at all times.
We do not sell, share, or use your data for marketing without consent.
You can revoke access at any time via your Google or LINE account settings.
Reports generated in Google Sheets are stored in your Google Drive within the designated Paypers directory unless you choose otherwise.

When you use Paypers features, the system may:

Create folders for receipt storage automatically
Edit file or folder names for organization
Create and update Google Sheets for reporting (including appending rows, editing headers/columns, adding, renaming, or deleting sheets)
Delete files or folders only within the Paypers-created directory

These actions occur only with your permission through your interaction with the app.

We strive to provide continuous and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Paypers may experience maintenance, updates, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Paypers and its affiliates are not liable for:

Any loss or corruption of data due to user actions or third-party service issues
Service interruptions or failures beyond our control (e.g., LINE or Google API changes)
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Service

Your use of Paypers is at your own risk.

We may update these Terms periodically.

When changes occur, we will post the updated version with a new “Last Updated” date.

By continuing to use Paypers after changes, you agree to the revised terms.
